Yeah, but everybody seemed so confused.
I dunno, she was translated as a girl in the anime and the manga, and I knew her as a girl, but there was confusion in these here parts. XD

Oh yeh, plus she I think got translated as a he in the video games.

I have a pirated version of the 2003 series and everyone refers to her as a boy, which was a little confusing to me. Then again, the subtitles were awful throughout the whole series. I guess I always thought she was a girl, despite the confusion. Good detective work! :w00t:

Too many bricks to the head can also induce adrogyny in cartoon dimensions.

Thanks for the info. Several robotic characters have changed sex in this version:
Gam from boy to girl
Epsilon from man to woman
Denkou from boy to girl

Did I miss any? :p

Thanks! Yeah, I was confused when I saw that subbed version Dragonrider posted because the subs kept insisting "he", when I kept hearing "she". XDDD
