How did you make your video? With Windows Movie Maker?
I have some of the 2003 episodes on my laptop, but they're matroska files and I have no idea how to convert them to WMV to make a music video

Super can convert matroska to WMV (and pretty much anything else - even RealMedia files without a codec). The hardest part is digging through their web site to find the download link.

Sorry, I missed your question.

I first converted the vob-files into avi-format using VirtualDubMod (I only converted the sequences I wanted); for the actual editing process I used WMM. The song file was originally mp3, but I first converted it into WMA before I proceeded with the edit, otherwise the song's output quality would've turned out pretty ugly in the finished videoclip.

Since my Youtube-account got terminated some months back, I loaded my latest Astroboy videoclip on Anapan's FTP server:
