Thanks for the info, Fauna. It's intriguing how Tezuka managed to reinvent the concept of Astroboy. So far I thought about Jetter Mars being the only quasi-Astro created by Tezuka himself.

"Astro Cat" was made by Tezuka himself, as a side project, after wondering about what he could do if he remade Astro Boy. (I don't know if that's fully true.) This one only went for one volume, so nobody worry about trying to find the rest of the series.

We're putting a stop to links to piracy, so no. I removed the link in the first post as well. You can still talk about the manga if you've seen it though, and even post a couple of your favorite pages if you host them on another site like imageshack or photobucket.
