Thanks all. We did the final signing tonight and now own our first home, a wonderful Christmas gift!

There's this old pine stump in the front yard. I am so going to get someone to carve me a pair of Astro boy boots out of it for a lawn decoration!

I know that same feeling. Its gonna feel great to you (And kids if you have any) to finally stay in one spot for more then 2 years, or less. I was never in a place long enough to make a really good friend or boyfriend for that matter tell I was about 15 when my dad retired. (I've been on more then 48 air planes by the time I as 12.) then I was able to sit down and look at everything around me. The only true companion I had was something that was everywhere I was and went. Astro.
