He was also seen eating in the 60's version with Astro. Then I guess you have the cruise boat in the 80's series...

Himekawa manga also suggests that he drinks.

i've seen him eat and drink only with his nose upwards and also i've seen him younger and with an actual head full of dark hair what i'd ask

In the first volume of the manga, Ochanomizu was seen trying to eat some noodles. He managed to do so at first, but it eventually started to tangle around his nose.

i didn't see that one in the manga, but , I also wonder what kind of Coffe would Tenma drink to stay up at night? Black or de-caf?

I think Tenma could drink either, but black seems like it might be too strong for him. I dunno.
