This is just SO annoying. All I'm trying to do is to make an animated GIF of Astro lighting the torch, but all four online GIF animators have crapped up meaning I can't. And GIMP is unusable because it doesn't allow me to resize images, which is simply stupid, and then Microsoft Paint doesn't allow me to resize the image, only the frame when I click the open button. Seriously, there are times when you really wonder if the programmers made this after getting all drunk at the pub 5 minutes earlier.

Oh well, its getting late, might as well try again tomorrow and hopefully one of the sites will work.

Both programs can resize... It would be insane if they couldn't. In Paint, press Ctrl+W. I haven't used GIMP in a while so don't remember how, but Google is there for you.

Androids, are you trying to resize an animated GIF within GIMP or Paint? I don't think you can do the latter, you would have to do it with each image separately and them combine them together. I can't say anyting for GIMP because I have never tried it, but if it's possible to create an animated gif from it, logically it should be possible to resize it.

I tried to resize the entire animation as a whole in GIMP, but it would only let me resize one at a time.
