2009! XD 2003 second and 1980's third. Could never relate to the 60's Astro or that Pluto version that just looks like a kid cosplaying as him....aaah....x_x

I love the 1960, 1980 and 2003 versions of Astro Boy. 2003 version is my favorite.

I like them all, but I feel nostalgic of the 80's version, since it was my first anime cartoon.

1980 of course that series is bad ass (the only thing about that series what is bad is in the english version cutting the Atlas plot away) it is along with the manga the best.

I like the 1960's but i'm having still a verry hard to go though the episodes i'm only at 35 in about a year time well i know the Japanse version is much better whitout the stupid edits the and skipping some episodes and of course about 40 % of that series was never dubbed into english so your not even going to get the best part i might pick up the Japanse sets but not any time soon.

2003 okay series i already mentioned that American producers basicly told the Japanse what to do and you can see that praticular well some times.
It's no coincidence that only a few not importand robots die in that series not counting Pluto.
A good thing about it is the of course the many guest appearances in it but i din't even knew them at the time i watched it.

2009 movie saw it twice but still have to get it on Blu-ray/DVD so

I think that series is a huge landmark and very enjoyable as well. If they would just release it on Blu-ray in Japan I would cry tears of joy and buy it in a split second.

I think this topic is about which Astro as a character is the best, but that's way too hard a question for me. They each have their particular pros.
I'm on Twitter.
