Unfortunatelly I cannot watch the 1963 episode due a country block in the videos.

But, I care only about the japanese version and uncut.

I think this was one of the many reprints. The actual cover as far as I know it, & this too is likely a reprint because the stories actually debuted in SHONEN, is this:

begins the 1/2 PERSON arc.

It's her last enemy in the tournalment in both mangá and 1963 anime.
It got replaced by Gameran.
