How do you pronounce Tezuka?

Being no native english speaker it's difficult for me to explain how to pronounce Tezuka's name. The best way might be to listen to Japanese people, and adapting their way of pronounciation as close as possible.
Tezuka's introduction at the beginning of this video may be helpful:

Tez-kuh for me since last year.

I used to pronounce it Teh-zoo-kuh before last year since the romanization makes it look like that.

Will pronounce his name like that from now on. Had no idea.

Probably. Between the speed of the words spoken in the anime, and the accent it wasn't 100% clear. But it was NOT ta-zoo-kah! And I think I heard the honorific appended.
