She said she knew a lot about the 1980 series, but even more of the 2003 series!

I find that Atlas (series 1980) is really ugly :angry: ! That of the series 2003 is much nicer!

As a whole, I liked the 1980 Atlas better. He was a more interesting character. Of course, he somewhat took the Blue Knight's place in that series. I thought his look was appropriate for his personality, just as the 2003 Atlas' look fitted him well!

Apparently, the 2003 Atlas looked the way he was in the manga. I haven't read it but that's what more knowledgeable people here said.

I agree. But I also find that the 80 Atlas *sometimes* showed some kind of... I can't find an appropriate word... I'd say some kind of softness in his eyes, just like here after Livian spoke softly to him:



It might not be obvious at first glance, but that is a little bit of a contrast with his usual angry, fighter expression.

il me fiche la trouille ! je suis tromatisé à vie ! tu n'aurais pas du me montrer cette image ! Non...lol....j'exagère, il est pas si laid, je l'aime un peu !

She said she found him ugly, and that it looks like he got a big sunburn! She also said she was scared and traumatized for life. Apparently I shouldn't have showed her this image! Well, she admits she's exaggerating a little bit, that he isn't that ugly and that she likes him a little bit.
