Wait Wait i'm getting confused, i always thouth Delta was based on Pero from the manga? i must have mistake it sorry!
Pero is the dog that becomes a cyborg and then a dog-cryborg in the end right?

Delta looks a bit like Pero and I thought the same thing... But I don't think he's the same by canon.
Yes, Pero is the dog. Only here he doesn't become a dog again, just stays a human-shaped cyborg. ^^

I have one thing I'd like done with his design, which is that I want the 'whites' of his eyes to remain black, but I'd like him to have pupils and green irises.
