What DVD special extras would you like to see?

So if you are new to this "whole message board", just keep in mind that at best we check the forum a few times a day, or once every few days, depending on free time. If you post a question, there may be easily one hour before someone will see your post, and even with that may not answer it for various reasons, ranging from not knowing the answer to not having time to answer. First thing you need to learn is patience: post your message, wait some time. If your question is clear someone is likely to answer, but you may have to wait a few hours, maybe a day.
Another thing you have to know: if you become aggressive, people will become aggressive too. By losing patience and writting aggressive comments you will annoy people and will most probably never get an answer to your questions. You must also know that making lots of consecutive posts is seen as flooding and is often considered an offense.
It is possible that in some other forums you got regularly an answer in a matter of minutes, but those forums host thousands of members with tens of them connected at a given time. Here there is not so many members, you can have an idea in the entrance page: right under the list of section, in the board statistics, you'll find the currently connected members.

The Astroboy Forever forum was paid for by someone else on EZBoard. I took over from them. Eventually no one posted any new messages and the EZBoard membership expired.

As Fafner said, don't expect replies too quickly. I don't think this mesage board has specific rules, but here are some general ones off the top of my head:

Treat people with respect. They're real people, not just names with no faces. Astroboy has been around for over 50 years, so keep in mind that people of all ages are here.
Try to keep messages on topic. If you want to talk about something else, start a new topic in the appropriate area.
Refrain from posting anything insulting, defamitory, harrassing, obscene, or illegal. Any post you make can be traced back to the source IP if anyone decides to take legal action or ban you.
Don't type in all capitals. Don't post flames (attack and aggrivate), trolls (provoke people to attack), or spam (post tons of unnecessary messages).
Only quote as much as you need to for your reply to make sense.
Keep your signature to a sensible size.

People will also be more welcoming if you go to the trouble of registering an account here. If you don't, you name will show up in red and you could just be considered a passing troublemaker.
