OK... I did get the AVI from Anapan's FTP.... I chose Japanese with eng subs, because that version seems best to me... The music and presentation is as sweet as honey.... I rendered it down with Helix Producer into a 450kbps Real Video file, and uploaded it to my band webpage. The quality is less than anapan's 230meg avi, but reasonable for streaming.... I'll do one of these a week if Anapan doesn't mind.

English Shminglish.. Just wait for it to be released and import it. It will have English Subtitles as one of the tracks. Most of them do anyway dont they? Do not see why this one would be any different.

Neither of the 60s or 80s series of Astroboy have English DVDs available, and the official Japanese DVD releases have no English subtitles. I'm hoping this series will be different, but there's no guarantee.

Webcast? Cool. I don't mind - they're not my videos, I'm just providing them for download.

I was actually thinking of trying to encode some ultra low bitrate vids of all the eps on the ftp, like 8-10 megs each (people seem to like bad quality vids because they're convenient and easy)..... but then Helix Producer crashed and I gave up and uninstalled it because I hate realmedia.
