Astroboy was able to figure how to control Champion because of the arrogance of the Masters themselves. They sent many trillions of information packets that could only be decoded by using the same pulses that Astroboy used to control Champion. Astroboy figure correctly that the information he needed was hidden inside the very center of the information that the Masters sent in a lame attempt to terrify the boy robot. Legeremain99 was a big help in helping Astroboy figure out the code he needed and Atlas' computer brain made Astroboy job even more simpler. The Masters were stagnating and did not know it. All brutal dictatorship do that when they think they are absolutely powerful and right.
Astroboy told Champion he was free to go as long as he promise not to harm the earth or its people. Champion when not under the Masters' control was a honor- based robot- unlike his creators who had unwittingly created a robot who had morals when he was guided by the right person or in this case the right robot.
Now Astroboy was worry about what the Masters would do now that he had given Champion his freedom. The Masters now wanted Astroboy more than ever.

Astroboy was happy champion was now a friend of his. He love making friends- but now he was now going to have to face the Masters and challenge them on their actions they had committed against the human race. They were a type 2 civilization and their power was awesome indeed. Astroboy was going back to earth to study the information the Masters had sent to Dr Elefun's lab in an attempt to scare the boy robot. Astroboy sense something and now he was again face to face with champion- but now he was a friend.
Champion told Astroboy they were now allies in their challenge against the Masters. Astroboy told him thanks for his help. Champion told him the Masters were planning something and to be on his guard.
"I will help you Astroboy because you are a true friend, not the traitors the Masters are to the universe. The Masters are planning a small invasion and we must stop them, even if i must be destroyed to stop them."
"Please champion is there not some way other then that to stop them?"
"No Astroboy there is not", they are too powerful and ruthless."
Astroboy was horrified he did not want to lose his friend.

Hugs Legeremain99- thanks i will not know myself till i update i have so many ideas- wish they would make the Astroboy movie similar to the Avatar movie-Sozin's Comet- love that movie. My sequel to this story will be how i wish they would make the Astroboy movie. Suddenly Astroboy and champion notice something in deep space- "it can't be not this quick", was the same thought that both Astroboy and champion had. They detected four very powerful objects heading toward the inner solar system from the orbit of the small world Pluto. The objects gave off energy readings that were off the scale. "They mean business, but not this time"- Champion was flying toward the objects at a speed approaching that of a light particle.
Astroboy could not stand the idea of losing his new friend -champion, he was crying inwardly. He started to try to stop champion- but what if he was right- then many people on earth would suffer if he stopped champion.
"Here he comes- does he not know he has no chance against these stellar ships unless-
They were stopped in their thought processes by champion's warning- "you have one minute to turn around or be destroyed"- what happened next show why champion was feared by the Masters.
Next- Sacrifice or was it...........

Champion was one serious robot- he was the second most powerful artifact created by the Masters- he was more powerful than those"stellar-ships" - one on one- four was a different matter though. He meant business, he was a champion of all races now- just like his friend Astroboy. HE in a super- display of robotic communicative skills was able to get control of the "stellar-ships" and send them away from earth. Champion overrided every possible defense that the Masters had against such invasive techniques being used against them. He now valued life unlike his creators. The Masters realized they were now helpless against Astroboy and Champion- unless.......
Astroboy was happy when Champion came back and as he went back to earth he felt pride in the new beginning his friend had engaged in.
"Astroboy they are not done yet- they are up to something- they can't beat us- unless the legends i heard of are true, we can expect them to stay in the shadows and"- then Champion froze.......
"What is wrong Champion?"
"It can't be" was the terrified answer of Champion- then Astroboy sensed......
