It was suggested we start a seperate thread for this so I'm starting it. This was the list so far

okay heres what we have so far
dr. elefant: batman
atom: robin
tenma: penguin
skunk: joker
sarah: cat women
yuko: batwoman

catgirl: (if there is one)

tell me if i'm missing anyone!^^

and I think someone else casted HammEgg as The Riddler which I think could work.
If you don't mind using Tezuka Characters outside of Astro Boy, I think Princess Sapphire would make an awesome Batgirl

In case you did not know, there is a B&W episode called Confusion at the Shooting Studio that does have Atom as a Batman-like hero's sidekick. However, it was not among the 104 episodes in the English version.
