I found an old thread that I created years ago; however, the images are gone, as I lost that web host. I will upload & restore at least a few of them.

Thank you for providing the link to TetsuWan Atom episode # 7. While I had seen and read the manga versions of "Atomu Taishi", I was curious to see the anime version! BTW, the character who replaces Temma as the antagonist of the story according to a friend who translated the synopsis of ep. # 7 from the Roman Album--"Memories of Atom" for me, says the character's name is Manu and he is the head of the secret police! Did you make links for all 89 episodes not dubbed into English? Getting back to Ti-tan (aka Chi-tan), how many episodes does he exactly appear in?

I made notes on all 193, but only threads for a few. Chitan appears in about 1/3 to 1/2 of the remaining episodes, & is the main character in 1 of them. In 178 Chi-tan's Nighttime Adventure, Uran decides it would be nice if Chitan had super powers. Here is the description from the episode guide:

Uran secretly takes the baby robot Chi-tan to a robot hospital to make it speak. A robot machine, however, remodels Chi-tan at its discretion. Chi-tan becomes huge, and turns violent in the city.

However, this is wrong on 2 items, & although I know only a handful of Japanese words, Chitan is neither huge, nor is Uran's motivation to make him speak. But the robot hospital is itself robotic & is angered by Chitan's crying, so it makes him into a freak. I will make a thread & put a few images in it.
