Just like how at times Epsilon's eyes are blueish, at other times they're green.

It's the Capcom-syndrome. They're well known for constantly changing a character's hair and eye color.

if you watch mickey mouse ever time he moves his head you see either his right ear and left in the back and visa versa, Astro is the same case no matter which side of his head you'll see his spikes are obvious

It's a good thing it didn't happen as much in the movie or it would have been really noticeable. It already happened a lot during the movie, but the first or second time you watch it you wouldn't notice it. I wonder why they changed it so much in the movie?

how could you not notice? thats how i know,i've watched mickey mouse and Astro and they are really close, Tezuka and Disney are like brothers the other never had.
