Yeah the login prompts are a bit irritating. Anyway it's his cutely shaped eyes made the difference. One look on those eyes can make the thoughest of men say "aww, he's so cute"

Yeah, it's the eyes, followed by his chubby cheeks. Lots of other Tezuka characters had this look, including Kimba, Princess Knight, Melmo, Astro's sister Uran, and evan Rock.

I think that's what makes the works of Tezuka unique from every other anime.
