Hamegg was clearly in it as himself and I thought President Stone and his henchman, whatever his name was, seemed to be based upon the duo of Tick and Tuck. Also Shunsaku ban was clearly there, albeit a very brief cameo towards the beginning of the film.[/QUOTE]
Rommel (I assume) was The short, stout, & bald military officer. As I recall, he went nameless throughout the film. I doubt they would have based Stone & this officer on T & Tock; though stone may have been abusive of him.

I'll have to watch it again though they couldn't help but remind me of Tick and Tuck. At least they were more or less the correct sizes and shapes to suggest them to my mind.
