It's out of print now... If you find some I'd be almost tempted to say get one for me.

I wasn't aware of that, but Ghost told me about it (he heard from you) so I ORDERED A SET FROM AMAZON TODAY (there are sets available from different sources on Amazon). Mine is new and cost $65. I'm pretty sure it used to be a little bit less from Right Stuf, but I've waited so long to actually build my collection, I decided to take the plunge!

Yesterday I watched part 1 of the Fred Ladd interview from the first 60's boxed set, and watched part of Midori Swamp with commentary by a few of the actual animators, it was fascinating!!

Let me highly recommend saving up and purchasing these wonderful collections. My husband said the folks at the Right Stuf were really wonderful and appreciative of the order (that's where the 1960's sets came from).

Now I just need 2003 and to start collecting the manga!! I WILL have a complete Astro collection!!! :astro:

Don't wait too long for the manga either, there are two volumes that are very difficult to get already. I wonder why those two.

In Canada and in the United States, it's still possible to buy the 1980 boxset here (they won't ship to other countries), and Madman Entertainment still sells theirs as well. Funny, the north american boxset is more expensive than it used to, but the Australian one is a lot less expensive than it used to be.

I'm missing 10; Amazon doesn't say it's unavailable, but they keep postponing the delivery, and have for months.

I'm also missing 18 and 22, but I don't think I'll ever get them. Anyway, not long ago I had almost nothing, so I'm still happy with what I have.

Small note that Madman's Region 4 set is English dub only except for the first two episodes. But eh, it's kinda needed anyway for exactly that, cause the US set didn't include them (the only detail preventing it from perfection).

@F-Man, yeah I guess this means I won't have the complete "Atlas story" in this set. Hopefully someday soon Tezuka Pro will get really serious about making the full works available to the whole world!! BTW I LOVE your new avatar: that is ADORABLE!!
