Okay i've read all your posts, now I'm ready to add my salutations!
Well here's the blast-off... Happy Birthday to you. Happy birthday to you, Happy birthday dear Atomu! Happy birthday to you! (and many more)
Now to mention a little anecdote of what my wife surprised me with today. We were home having dinner with the daughter of a friend who had dropped by to hang because she considers us like her cool "aunt & uncle" when after we had finished and the ladies left me so they could clean the dishes when our friend comes back into the room playing the 1980s Astro Boy theme song on her black berry or what have you and in walks my wife carrying a Carvel ice cream cake with a couple of candles on it and the words "Happy Birthday Astro Boy" on it. So we had our own little Astro Boy birthday celebration! Then I of course made our friend look up the 1960s Astro Boy theme song and we ate cake while that theme song played! So this was a very special Astro Boy birthday for me.
So to all a very Astro Boy happy birthday salute [O tanjo-bi omedetogozaimasu, TetsuWan Atomu] and to all a good night!

Hey Astrobuddy, you've got a GREAT family/friends!! What a great way to celebrate (lovvve those ice cream cakes). Just about an hour left before this year's celebration is over. Wonder if anything special happened in Japan. Hope so, they need Astro's positive outlook to get through all their troubles (and I heard they had another aftershock today)

Now I am off to watch an Astro Boy episode titled, "The Strange Birthday Present"! Come to think of it in that episode Astro Boy gets a sister (Astro Girl) for a present. So I guess that makes this day her birthday too, right?

Yeah this place got so hot i had to speed read in order to keep up with what was going on then i had to make notes on what i already read. im just glad its cooled off now
