^w^ Reading that made me smile. Wear your hair however you like! Short hair is great, because it's actually more managable! I imagine finding just the right length would be hard, though: it would need to be short, obviously, in order to look right; but it also has to be long enough in certain places to pull back and up into the famous "spikes". It would likely take a lot of trial and error... (assuming that one has never done it before)

OMG Novi!! You are my new hero!! And you even had it done on April 7th?

I LOVE IT!!! It's his famous "cute widdle Astro" pose - every fangirl's favorite!

:astro:

And T. Penguin . . . I don't think guys would "have" to get a Uran tatoo . . . there are plenty of "kick-@$$" Astro images that would look very cool on a guy (or girl). I'm 99% sure I saw a photo of another AB tat here, but it was a while ago . . . maybe it was a photo somebody pulled off the net.

LOVE IT THO, NOVI - yeah those red boots just rock

I have a specific hair person who has been putting my hair into astro spikes for the past year. She said it is fairly easy.

... Huh. Well, even though I plan to have short hair anyway, doing /that/ might be taking it a step too far (for a girl, anyway). I mean, I'm not sure how good it'd look unstyled, and I don't want "power spikes" all the time!

Well you could do a Uran 'cut' with two thick bangs held up with hairspray.

haha well I have been told I do the "Astro Look" quite well, even if the hair needs constant work. I have to die it black because I am blond and I have to gel it every morning and get it trimmed like every 2 weeks.

Wow. Bet not too many blonds dye their hair. Love to see a pix to see how it looks. (do a rear profile view if you don't want to show your face or use photoshop to hide the your identity.

I'd love to see that too!

Blond, huh? I think a blond Astro would be neat.

OR you could get a nice deep tan and change over to the 1980's Atlas look!!

Years ago when I was in HS an AB 'do would have really raised some eyebrows. Today with kids dying their hair green, blue, or other unnatural colors and donning mohawk's, and having body piecing in strange places, you probably wouldn't get a third look! (I think I could be jealous)

Show us the hair!

There's a girl in my school who had purple hair. Now it's green. No one even seems to think it's odd. They're just like "oh look. Green hair. Sweet."
I want to dye my hair blue or purple, and my parents have already said it's ok!

Back on topic...
I recently tried to explain an episode of AstroBoy to my friend. It was the one where he fell in love with Lilly(?) and asked for her legs after she was detonated. I guess her reaction was partly my fault because I'm bad at explaining things, but I think she's judging my choice of programming a little. Just a little.
