I have a head rest cover for my car and people told me that they thought somebody was sitting in the drivers seat when they saw it in there.

A French-Canadian poster. I was going to buy this, but the seller was in Texas, and ironically, he didn't ship to Canada.

I was also going to buy these, but Hamegg was already at $25 and Lamp at $18.

Original Steacy artwork from issue 14. This proves my theory that no one at NOW Comics knew how children talk.
What I once found startling was how Steacy signed any large scenes in the strip, in case he or NOW would sell them. But he was unable to sign in subtle areas; there would be a panoramic shot of the robot circus ring with the crowd and Hamegg, and suddenly there'd be STEACY scrawled in the middle of the ring.

Great poster, it sure would make a nice eye-catcher in anyone's collection. :)

Just one thing, why is Astro's mum (Suzanne?) sitting next to Dr.Elefun? Isn't she supposed to be with 'Dad'? Hopefully it doesn't display any disharmony between them. :(

So neat, but how big is it? It looks huge! How did you know it was a French-Canadian poster?

@Strange Wings: Do you mean Astro's mother was named Suzanne in the Canadian dub? :w00t: I knew Astro's dad was named Arthur, but that was all...

The seller specified that it was from Quebec, plus it looks like other promotional artwork that was used on the French tapes. I only remember the poster being approximately three feet wide.

Yes, the canadian-french dub had Astro's parents named as 'Suzanne' and 'Gédéon' (thanks to Astro Forever who taught me how to write the latter name several years ago :lol :) . Instead of just being called 'mum' and 'dad', they're gaining a lot more of personality when they have some real names.
'Arthur'? :) That's cute! Is that how he's being called in the canadian-english version?
