Listening to oldies, so what better to do?

Again, Tenma is at the center of this episode. As always, up to no good!



This reminds me of my childhood. I was in our green Ford with mom, going who knows where, when I suddenly wondered if the door would open while the car was moving. Sure enough, it would, and did!

Tawashi is wondering how Dr. O could be so naïve, as to think things will go well. apparently, Ochanomizu was either so engrossed in his scientific pursuits while Tenma was chief of the MOS, that he had no knowledge of those incidents, or, perhaps he was from out of town. I do not believe his history is ever told.

Tawashi tells Ochanomizu of the robot boy's history, as though he had no knowledge of the events.

Tenma has not been such an active part of the story since 大使アトム (Ambassador atom), the very first story.

The boy in the foreground is 真一 (Shin'ichi), who is one of the main characters from Wonder three, another of Tezuka's stories.

Atom, eager to participate, knows nothing of the rules.
