A real Shadow? AI creates even better AI!

In the 2003 Mighty Atom, Dr. Tenma creates a robot named Shadow. Shadow's purpose is to create better robots than Tenma himself could create. Check the link:

So, the AI part is accomplished, now for the robots' bodies. How long will that take?
