Mari Shimizu in Australia

Months after her appearance at SDCC, Mari Shimizu is coming to Australia for 3 weeks, covering 4 states.

She will be coming to the following states:

I'm hoping to get more of the dub done soon, but it all comes down to money, and I just burned through a fair bit going around the country as a part of Mari Shimizu's entourage!

Yeah, I reckon it was the highlight of the day for me actually. It was fantastic learning about the behind the scenes of the 80s dubbing and episode 1/2. Loved the dubbing you shared too, and I wasn’t aware of the episode 1 uncut emergence, I’ve since watched that on YouTube and the different take on some of the VA work is interesting (some I like more some less).

Fingers crossed for more of it and getting it released. Would love to see the original cast recording the opening song too ( I had no idea they did that).
