will there be new powers for astroboy on his new coming cartoon?

Yeah, his arm can retract up to his elbow and turn into a really powerful energy weapon.

It looks like he's lost his rear machine guns though.

And he can see through things.

While I have yet to become anywhere near fluent in spoken Japanese, the video portion makes it quite clear that Atom has 'x-ray' vision. I do not remember the episode number, but I think it was between 8 and 13, when a subway train goes out of control. Atom tries to find the device that has taken over control, and the view is first a control panel, then Atom's eye that is shown focusing or adjusting to the panel, then back to the panel that seems to be melting away, one layer at a time, until Atom finally sees that device that he must remove. I cannot recall one time when he used his headlights; perhaps they were too old for the current generation, so they gave way to the new vision capability. I do hope the movie is for the middle-aged fans of the B & W cartoon, I think I would find it more enjoyable than the current version. It would be a reliving of my childhood. :wahah: If the new semester had not just started, I would capture a few frames of this scene, but I cannot afford to distract myself at this time.

And besides all that, 'astro' is not even a word!!!! 'astro-' is a prefix!!!

I hope you did not take my comments too seriously, while I believe in what I said, I do not mean to be harsh, I hoped you would take it humorously, but failed to realize you were new to the forums.
I take responsibility for any misunderstanding.

Let me welcome you to the forums, and again appologise for the harshness of my former response. As it is, I am one of very few people who refer to our little hero as anything other than 'Astro'. My original objection to this name was that I being a child of the 60s, associated it with George Jetson's dog, rather than the cute little robot boy. If you browse some of our older topics, you might come accross this very issue.

There are many pictures in these forums, some are rather funny. But you will need to browse the topics to find them. Some of the discussions are funny, some are not, but all are interesting. If you have any questions, just start a new topic or add to an old one, and you will soon have some responses.

I am glad to know there was no misunderstanding. Is it just me, or does that bold red text on medium blue background seem blurry or glowing?
