Hi everyone,

Like many of us, I grew up watching Astroboy. Still my favourite show EVER. Apart from the amazingly likeable characters, storylines, morals and general fantastic animation/action, the music especially captured my heart. The themes complemented every emotion/situation experienced during the show.

Of course we all already know this, so I am really hoping someone can help me. I would love to find a link to somewhere that has Astroboy themes/music or actual mobile phone ringtones (midis, wavs, or mmfs, though ones that do the songs justice, I have already heard some that sound like country polkas, blaghh).

I know there is a sounds section on this site which i'm grateful for, but it still is limited.

If anyone can help that would be most appreciated, please response to this thread or email at nathan@semicolon.info

Thanks!
Nathan

p.s. Can't wait for the new series!

What type of mobile do you have?? I have an Ericsson T29s & have astroboy ringtone that I created using keypress. But
i also have a ringtone converter installed on my systen so I may be able to convert it for other handsets.
The tone I have is pretty good (I think anyway ;) ) well as close to it as I have found. If it helps this is the keypress for the nokia & ericsson handsets

Nokia ring tones
8a1 16- 16a1 8a1 8#a1 16b1 8c2 16- 16c2 16b1 16c2 8d2 16- 16d2 8d2 16e2 16f2 8c2 8- 8d2 16c2 8g1 8- 16- 8d2 16c2 8a1 8- 16a1 16a1 16g1 16- 8g1 16b1 8c2 16d2 8c2

Ericsson ring tones
ApaA#Ab+Cp+cb+c+Dp+d+D+e+f+Cpp+D+cGppp+D+cAppaagpGb+C+d+C

If you have another handset I may be able to convert to accomodate them.

oops, sorry should have said what type of mobile. I currently have a Samsung T100, so I'm looking for polyphonic rungtones, therefore max size is something like 20KB.

The main astroboy theme would be preferred but I'll take any I can get! :)

Thanks heaps!

I have software called The Ringtone Converter as well as the PC Suite for nokia phones. I have a nokia 6610 and I am able to post the files onto my webpage & download them using the wap server in my phone. Also you can send the ring tone into your phone as a text message (on nokias) so if you are interested I can convert tones for relevant phones & models & post them on my website for you to access them. Depending on the type of phone will depend on the type (mono or poly) of ringtone. The nokia phones are classed as :
Composer - Original Hansets
Composer - Newer handsets
Nokia binary(SMS) format
I have the motorola t720 and c333 on it so I can fix astroboy up to suit (i Hope ;) ) I will let you know how I go. Any one else interested just let me know
