Was this version aired in the U.S ? I do not remember seeing this version on TV. [In fact I do not remember much about the 80's, except all of the partying I did.]

It aired in Canada so I imagine it aired in the US as well.

There goes my oddball sense of humor, again.
Why? Because I rediscovered Astroboy on yesterdayland.com, whose purpose was to relive memories of life in the USA. As such, there was a listing for the B&W Astroboy cartoon, but no listing for the 80s color version. Moreover, I am certain that I saw something out there that indicated that it was not released in the US.

No, it wasn't shown in the USA. It was shown in Canada and Australia, but diferent dubs. (hence all the Canadian and Australian fans on this site)
