I couldnt remember the tread that it was in but someone was saying how Jurassic Park was taken from an Astro Manga well HERE IT IS FOR SALE ON eBAY.....VERY CHEAP....well go for it people....

Isn't the Lost World an old Sir Arthur Conan Doyle shory from 1912? Made into a move in 1925 and 1960 I believe. I think Jurassic Park was the first to merge the concept with genetic engineering.
I bought some more Astroboy comics on Ebay recently and they turned up this morning. One of them is this one:

It's not a Tezuka work, but written in 1988.
And about those sparking Astroboy feet, that surprises me too! Very cool, but probably scarce in any country rife with lawsuits.

Ohh sorry, I think I worded that wrong....there was a mention of how similarthe beginig of JP was to an episode of the 60's series here and i thought it was the manga that i was mentioning...when i saw this comic this posting came to mind....sorry ....my bad
