Hey, I heard there was a second FTP server besides Anapan's that had Astroboy eps on it? Could someone tell me the link to it?

There's one at 142.173.227.130, username Astroboy, password is either Astro or Astroboy. I'm not sure who's running it.

It has about half the 80s dubbed episodes, the first dubbed 2003 episode, and all the TV Nihon fansubs.

Yeah I'm the one running the second FTP. If you have any questions about it or wish to upload any files to me feel free to let me know so I can let you upload to my ftp as I have a specific login for that.
