A couple months ago I saw this commercial on American TV promoting Tokyo tourism. It featured AstroBoy, flying around the city, and combined 2D and computer animation. I seem to remember shots of the inside of AstroBoy's head, and an emphasis on what a "futuristic" place Tokyo is.

Anyway, I wanted to reference this commercial in a paper I'm writing, but I only saw it once and haven't been able to find a single mention of it since. Does anyone here know what I'm talking about? I'd be deeply grateful for any further information.
