I wonder what you think about the recents episodes of the new Astroboy serie....

I just saw the episode in which Astro save a forest (I don't know the ep name). Pretty boring... <_<

The first episodes were pretty good (especially those with Atlas) but it seems to be more boring and weaker episodes after episodes. The story, especially, is really poor.

Will the next episodes be more poor? I wish not... :wahah:

While there were some that I liked better than others, I did not think any were poor.

I thought the episode where Astroboy saves the forest was good..It actually had a message behind it and I think they actually used orchestrated music in it.
I think they'll have a bunch of episodes about different scientists..the last one was about a scientist and so was this one.
I like the new series..I can't wait for subtitled DVDs.

Check out next weeks episode
Any of you guys know what the Red Serpent represents???
After watching Astro on CN for a while... I learned the following things
1.The Red has been removed. An old technique used by certain studios in the 40's to destroy upstart filmmakers.
2. the reduction of signal level... An old technique used in TV to reduce the impact of local programming.
Astro was sabotaged on purpose. B)
Fortunately we extracted from Astro what we needed. :)

I liked the episode with astro saving the forest, mainly because of the theme. Technology has resulted in a lot of people forgetting just how important the environment is and how important it is to obtain a balance with the two *eco-freak talk* ^_^

However, I do find a few of the episodes 'laid-back'...but not to the point of boredom (at least not yet :) )

The 2 part Atlas episode was good. I hope that Uran gets introduced soon...

Unless I missed something, Cartoon network did indeed deviate from the original sequence of episodes.

Image
Uranium is introduced in the 13th episode, but

Pluto/Bruton does not appear until the 17th episode. I have seen Pluto on CN, but Uranium's origin I have not seen. Neither have I seen any of the other episodes except #16, that fall between them.
