Ashfield, England after a year long court battle over "visual conflict" issues (AKA some people didn't like the idea but too bad they lost! 
will dedicate a 1.9 meter high Astro Boy statue in their town square why?
According to them the cartoon character exemplifies the best moral qualities and should be a role model for the children of Ashfield.
