Akira Himekawa's 2003 Astro Boy has just come out in Manga form in Japan! I got the 1st 2 volumes (200 pages each) from KinoKuniya book store in Seattle today and the art rocks!

You should scan that manga and post some images for everyone to see..Not all of the manga though..just a couple pages as a preview.

If anyone can point me to a picture posting site that will allow me to use the img urls to this site, I'll scan a single story and do a translation. That should take me a few days.

Is the manga artwork in the same style as Tezuka's?

IT maybe... I'm not really in the right position to say something about the art but if the anime version rocks, the manga will definitely be good. Well, I just hope that manga will reach here in the Philippines because I've searched near and far in our country but can't find any Astro Manga.
