first, download and install
CursorXPthen, download and unzip
AstroBoyCursorthirdly, run CursorXP, browse themes, and select <browse>
finally, click the .CurXPTheme file which you just unzipped out
(I think there's also one wallpaper included)
now, enjoy :wahah:

Do I need to have Windows XP operating system installed in my PC to be able to use these cursors?

and even if you arent using XP
should consider an upgrade

No one have to upgrade unless the system is so old that new software don't work anymore. Upgrading to XP means needing a more powerfull computer to do basically the same thing than Windows 95, 95 and Millennium.

I tried it on my Win 98 PC and it didn't work. I was about to upgrade my PC to XP but I think it requires Pentium 4 processor to run which unfortunately i don't have
