I need help on finding a person on the level in which u face sharaku (sorry if I spelt the name wrong)
astro says his hyper sensors are detecting something at the beginning of the level................

If that's where I think, just eliminate the bad guys, then rocket up in the sky, you should find a platform where is the character. If that's not that level, just give me the level number and I should be able to tell you which character(s) is/are to find, and how to find him/her/them

Pyramid level? Oops I missed this one
So I guess the character might be Don Dracula, you just break the door of the Marine Express. I don't recall if it's the first one or the second one

There is a statue on the platform, just punch it like crazy
Many hidden characters are made visible by destroying elements in the background.

once I beat stage 8 it said the end.........
how do I get the stages 9, 10, 11, 12, 13?????

To my knowledge, the 8th stage (the one leading to death mask) is the last one. However because the player has to play the game twice with altered stages, it is possible they played on the concept and actually doubled a few ones.
See things like this: stages 1 through 6 are quite different, while 7 is still the same and the 8 is played only once.
So 6x2 + 1 + 1 : 14 stages.
Well, you said 13... Whatever
Maybe one of the 6 first stages does not change a lot, I don't remember
