madman dvd order

Hi friends,

I'm becoming frustrated. On Nov. 20th I ordered the Astro tin box set and I still haven't recieved it. I evan emailed Madman and got no response. I'm totally in the dark as to what's going on. Whether there're having a problem with my credit card, or shipping, or the order can't be filled yet because of demand.

What ever the reason, they won't tell me. Is anyone else having to wait this long?
What should I do?

I got mine just yesterday (I'm living in Europe). I pre-ordered it the 9th november, Strange Wings (who also lives in Europe) pre-ordered it a few days before and got it, well, a few days before me
I guess you will have to wait a while

I feel a little bit better with that info. I just wish Madman would email me so I'll know there's nothing wrong on my end.

Mine hasn't shown up either, but it is the Xmas season, and for me, coming all the way from Australia, I figure it has a few weeks before I become really concerned.
