I just saw episodes 165 & 178. Atom's baby brother is really a funny little guy, esp in 178, in which Uranium who has visions of a baby brother with 7 powers, takes him to a robot hospital for modification. He comes out as a combination helicopter and bird! I just love the 60s series. Even though these eps are in Japanese, the humor is physical, and transcends language barriers.

I saw some more, from episode 165 to 193 Chi-tan is in every other episode including the 2 part Blue Knight episodes. Another one has Astro shrunk to fight tiny robots and Chi-tan puts him in his mouth. Astro: No Chi-tan, don't eat me.

What's he look like? Like a baby version of Astro, except he has a center hair spike, like Astro did in the micro-Astro episode of the 2003-04 series. He cries a lot, like babies do, except when he cries, it's loud enough to break things. One time he was watching tv and got scared of a gun-fighter and started to cry. The tv broke into pieces and he started to eat them. Astro, Uran, and Cobolt had to open his chest to remove the parts. A gut-buster.

I typed 'chitan' into that online dictionary, it came back with "titanium (TI)".
