I'm looking for an outline of astroboy that i can use as a stencil for a shirt I'm working on. It needs to obviously be him from just the outline, ie no internal lines at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It should be rather simple to make any image into an outline, by a few minutes using an image editor.
1. Remove the background.
2. convert to 1 bit per pixel.
There it is!

Another suggestion: A sheet with hundreds of this image printed on it:

After this shirt (which I'm making with microbeads, they are so small) I'm going to make one with a big astro picture made up of little astro pictures, but I have nothing planned for after that so I think I'll borrow your suggestion. An astro doona sounds lovely. Or I could put the astro picture on the doona, cos it would look so much better bigger.
