Can you be more specific about the episode? Do you mean the first episode of the 1980s series?

the 2003 episode of Atlas. And the episodes 49 and 50 of the 2003 Astro Boy show.

TV Nihon made a fansub of the first few episodes, including the Atlas episode. I'm not sure if it's still around, maybe on Fafner's or Anapan's ftp server.
Episodes 49 and 50 subbed are only available on the Korean DVD release, as far as I know.
