Okay, if you haven't already notice, I'm not a huge movie fan. I often know the titles, the overall plot, the main characters, the actors, but I just won't sit down to watch too many movies.

I know there are movies references in Astroboy and I'm sure many escaped me. I know for Star Wars, at least I think: I didn't miss Darth Vader's two appearances, I also know about the lightsabers duel (I've seen many lightsabers recently... ) and Jupiter's moon destruction.

Then there is "The Robot Stuntman". I saw "Superman" at the beginning, he was kind of hard to miss! Then the shark reminds me of Jaws. I suppose "The Time Machine" must have something to do with Wells' novel/films. Then... what?

I'm thinking there must be many more references. Can anybody help?

The Wreck of the Titan was based on the movie Titanic, and Robio and Robiette was based on the Romeo and Juliette movie.

Well yes, these are almost legendaries!

Speaking of "The Robot Stuntman", there is a poster on a wall that so reminds me of the 2003 Atlas (or the manga Atlas, should I say! , except that he is green/yellow I think.
