I am trying to identify actors I have seen in the characters' world.

Start with this guy:

I am sure I have seen him in the 80s, & maybe in 2003. If anyone has any ideas, please speak up.

Hmmmmmmmmmmm... There are many characters that somewhat remind me of this one, but it's hard to saw with such an angle. I'm expecting to be off, but I'll list those who are crossing my mind in case you find a match.

The first one was Matthew Tennyson (probably because I've watched this episode yesterday), but not quite...

I also thought of Larson in The Man-Made Solar Sphere...

Then the clown who attracted Uran to Dream Island...

Neil (Gene's father) in Save the Carolina 3...

Terrapin in The Transformation Robot...

I also thought of Senor Garcia, but that's way too far I think...
