Correct me if I'm wrong but I think he's Peter the boy-bot firefighter from the 1980's episode where Astro tried to help him, a nurse bot and a welder bot find new jobs.

Peter is the welder, Becky the nurse and Duke the firefighter. I must say that I didn't quite remember the names either before taking a look at the episode to take this picture.

Duke! Thanks for the correction! I'm getting my 80's DVD today, can't wait because it's been so long since I last saw that series.

They don't look alike to me, but I can see where you are coming from the above pic... It's not very clear, but Duke has a very small nose and a larger mouth.
