Are you seeking the Japanese-language version, or the English dubbed version? The latter is available on DVD in region 1.

DVD Region map
Region 1 is for Canada/USA, Sony has released a DVD boxset of Astroboy for that region. I think it's about US$30.
There is also a Region 4 release for Australia, which is widescreen but costs more (around AU$150). It was released by Columbia Tristar.

I don't know where you can download it. Why are you after just one episode? Did you tape it off TV and miss one?

Edit: Do'h, they were made by Sony and Columbia Tristar, not Manga and Madman.
