Guess What This Character Said!

While watching a certain episode of Astro Boy, I got the idea for a new game. You have to guess what the character said!
Same rules as usual, the person who wins gets to go next. Also, you can give hints to what episode it is and when it is in the episode.
To start off, here's the picture that inspired me to make this thread:
Now guess what he said in the english version!
First hint: The episode is in the second half of the series.

Wonderful idea! This looks like fun. Hey, I might win a game for a change.

I can't find it!
Although one of my disks doesn't work anymore. Is this screencap from disk three of the American boxset?

Me too, unfortunately. I'm harrassed to say I'm downloading the series in English via bit-torrent: getting the series in Spain is too expensive (as I have to buy an American import). I thought about buying it at Amazon, but... Mr.Money is too tight to mention.
And getting it in latin-american Spanish is very hard.
However, I have the 2003 version (bought). In this case I can play.

But the above picture is from the 2003 version, so you can play. I'm confused, was your post referring to the 1980 series?

Yup, I'm downloading the 80s series. And you're right about the picture, silly me!

I only have disc 2 at the moment....I don't own the set, I rent the discs one by one from the library.

I have the American boxset of Astroboy. What did he say in the japanese version of the episode?
