sorry,i've just been really,really confused by this since the day i saw it.

i dont know if thge star looks like that anywhere else...but everytime i watch the final episode of the 03 astro,i always see this and think "....WTF?"

although,tobio looks cute as hell in that outfit,and that can be distracting

I think the Occult symbol is enclosed by a circle. BTW, I have seen far more 6-pointed stars (of David) used as occult symbols in anime, than 5-pointed stars (pentagrams). :d evil:

i think most peoples ideas are probebly right...but njefbert you do make a lot of sense.david stars seem to show up more.and like you said it is enclosed by a circle.i shall be keeping a look out to see if the ball's star is like this all the time,or if it was a silly drawing eorror,or even an easter egg.

sparx,what it is is this.there is a sign that has been used to signify satanic rituals and the devil himslef.well,in fact there are hundreds.one of them is a specialy drawn star in a circle.the star on astro/robo tobio's ball is that star.just without the circle around it.

I guess you can look at it from that point of view....If I was watching the episode I wouldn't notice it though.
