Only the first ones (6 firsts I think) are correctly subtitled. The following ones have subtitles broken beyond even remote understanding

There has been a thread about that recently I think, I will try to dig it up if I have time.

Welcome, SakuraharunoOo!
Here's the thread where we've been talking about it:

Subtitling is a fiddley business. I don't think the quality of the subtitles I have makes them worth using. If you have a few raw Japanese episodes, they're either from the Japanese DVDs or the TV rips from some of the file sharing networks, and neither of these match the timings of the poor quality subtitles I have.
If you want to get in to subtitling, there are a few tutorials on some of the anime fansub sites (do a Google search).
The English dub DVDs are quite cheap, but if you really want to watch with subtitles your best option is the Korean DVDs in a region-free player. It's only half the series, but you can watch with Japanese audio and proper English subtitles.

The korean DVD release does have subs, but there's only the series' first 24 eps available, splitted up into 2 box sets. So far, the 2nd half hasn't been released yet.

Yes, it's identical. Unless you switch to the Korean soundtrack, which has the same music but the lyrics are in Korean.
