Sunday comics.

Postby Big Astro Fan » 18 years ago

Does anybody read the Sunday comics? Mainly Slylock Fox? It was about a wax museum and the a/c went out and they showed classic cartoon characters. They had bugs bunny, Betty Boop, popeye, and Astro Boy. It was cool. Here's a picture. Image

I read the Washington Post comics but only every other week when I go to my brother's house. The comics in the Hanover paper really stink, & I rarely bother with them. But, I took the tour of the UTZ factory, & saw the potato chips being made. I have my own version of a line from C. Heston's character:

"Potato chips are potatoes!"

I could not help thinking about the scene in SOYLENT GREEN when I saw that factory.

I remember reading that Slylock Fox (the answer stuck with me because where I live is always hot ^^; ), but it had a totally different picture to it. (I have no poof though since it was years ago that I read it.) Perhaps the writer/cartoonist makes multiple pictures for the same question?
