I do not have more information, but it is very interesting.
For some reason, it looks like the 1980 Astroboy done with the 2003 graphic techniques, at least to me.

Those screen shots are not from the 2003 Astro boy but the style is the same as the 2003.

They are may download, needs to buy the permit (1$). I believed that, this was in 1963 the version, EP71, EP179, EP180. The Japanese added the color.
